Servings:
- 2 cups kidney beans cooked; or 1 15 oz can, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup rice, brown cooked
- 1 cup carrot shredded
- 1/2 cup pecans ground
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 flax egg
- salt sea; to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Use a potato masher to mash the mixture slightly.

Form into burgers and place on a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.

These should keep in the fridge for at least 4 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Enjoy!!
