Servings:
- 2 14 oz cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 3 cloves garlic finely diced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup lentils, green or French; cooked
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika smoked
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- goat cheese for garnish
- 1 jar roasted red peppers drained and patted dry
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.

Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle goat cheese and olive oil on top before serving.
