- 1 banana, frozen (peel before freezing)
- 6 dried apricots organic, unsulphured
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned organic; strained
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamom ground
