Ingredients

Servings:

  • 2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 handfuls spinach (about 2 cups)
  • 2 pieces pineapple fresh
  • 1 cup lentils frozen (available in most frozen vegetable sections of the grocery store, or you can pre-cook any variety of lentils and freeze)
  • 1 cup mango, frozen

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients until a smoothie consistency is formed.
