Ingredients

Servings:

  • 2 cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic finely diced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin pureed
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • pumpkin seeds toasted; for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle pumpkins seeds and additional olive oil on top before serving.
