Ingredients

Servings:

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup beets roasted
  • 2 tbsps tahini
  • 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil
  • lemon juice fresh; juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Pulse hummus, beets, tahini, olive oil, garlic and lemon in food processor
  2. Serve with sliced carrots and cucumbers
