Ingredients

Servings:

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • 1 large banana, frozen overripe, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground flax (optional)
  • 1 dates Medjool, pitted (for extra sweetness – or 5 drops liquid stevia, maple syrup, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
