Servings:
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla
- 1 large banana, frozen overripe, sliced
- 1/4 cup chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flax (optional)
- 1 dates Medjool, pitted (for extra sweetness – or 5 drops liquid stevia, maple syrup, etc.)

Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!
