Servings:
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise made with canola oil
- 1 tbsp mustard Dijon
- 1/4 tsp salt sea
- 1 tsp paprika
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsps mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 bagel whole wheat
Instructions

Smash the chickpeas with the mayo, mustard, salt and spices. Slather on bagel. Top with cheese. Broil for four minutes.
