Ingredients

Servings:

  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise made with canola oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard Dijon
  • 1/4 tsp salt sea
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsps mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 bagel whole wheat

Instructions

  1. Smash the chickpeas with the mayo, mustard, salt and spices. Slather on bagel. Top with cheese. Broil for four minutes.
