Servings:
- 1 14 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1 cup split peas cooked
- 1 1/2 cups wilted spinach
- 2 cloves garlic finely diced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper black; ground
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.

Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with additional black pepper and olive oil on top before serving.
