Ingredients

Servings:

  • 1 14 oz can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup split peas cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups wilted spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic finely diced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper black; ground
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with additional black pepper and olive oil on top before serving.
