Ingredients
Servings:
- 1 cup coconut shredded, unsweetened; toasted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats use gluten-free, if desired
- 1/4 cup protein powder pea
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a large bowl, mix until everything is combined.

Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then scoop 1 tbsp of dough and roll in between your palms to create a ball.

Place ball on a parchment lined sheet pan and repeat with remaining dough.

Refrigerate for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
